New Online Banking & Mobile App
Beginning March 9th, our new mobile app will be available to download in the App Store and Google Play. If you are not currently using the mobile app for your online banking needs, we encourage you to download it to enjoy the convenience of on-the-go banking. The new app has all the features of our previous app, plus more! It is simple to navigate and allows you to manage all of your FICU accounts, contact us, deposit a check, locate branches and ATMs near you, and much more.

It lets you manage your First Imperial Credit Union account from anywhere you want — it’s your personal banking portal. Whether you log in to your account online or through the mobile banking app, you have access to the same powerful features all in one place.
Here’s a look at what you can do with our Digital Banking Suite:
- View balances: Quickly check your account from anywhere
- Manage transactions: Search your recent activity, filter by tags, even add an image or note to an entry
- Transfer funds: Initiate one-time, future date or repeating transfers
- Make payments: Make person-to-person or bill payments from any device
- Deposit checks: Snap a photo of any check you need to deposit
- Get alerts: Receive push notifications and alerts to stay in the know
- Ask for help: Have a digital conversation with support staff any time you need assistance
The current app will removed from the App Store and Google Play on March 9. In order to continue accessing your account via an app you will need to download the new app.
You can access Online Banking via a desktop by clicking on the "Online Banking" button at the top right of ficu.com. If you would like to go directly to the login page, the URL is myCU.ficu.com.
The transition will be seamless to you meaning that you will use your current username and password to log in. When you log in for the first time you will simply be asked to accept our terms and conditions. For added security a two-factor authentication will be implemented that will verify account information such as phone number or email. If you have new contact information, be sure to give us a call to update your information at 760-352-1540, option 0.
If you use iPay, your payees will transfer as well as any automatic payments you have scheduled.
Your login information will remain the same, but you will need to download the new "FICU Mobile" app to access it.

Yes, your existing payees will be setup in the new platform.
The mobile banking app is extremely secure. Your account information is password protected and highly encrypted.
Yes! Users will have the ability to make "member-to-member" transfers instantly. To make external transfers you will continue to use the Bill Pay feature.
