After more than a year of placing our Saturday hours at our El Centro branch on hold due to the
COVID-19 pandemic, we are excited to announce they will resume on May 1.

As the county continues to improve on its ability to maintain its health measures and ease some of its restrictions, First Imperial Credit Union will follow suit to bring back more convenience and availability for members. “Reopening our El Centro Branch on Saturdays and returning to normal business hours has been a focus for us because of its importance to our members,” said Fidel Gonzalez, President/CEO of First Imperial. “Having our team available on Saturdays allows for more account accessibility and we realize that although most transactions can be done via online banking, having the option to conduct transactions or fund loans in person is more comfortable for many of our members.”

Appointments will continue to be required for new account and lending services and may be requested via ficu.com or by calling the Contact Center at 760-352-1540, option 0. Normal business hours for all credit union locations are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Additionally, the El Centro branch will open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In adherence to state and county requirements, all members are required to wear a mask when entering our branches. We appreciate your membership and look forward to continue to serve you.
