Network Service Outage

On Tuesday, November 24, we experienced an outage with our network connectivity that has affected operations at all of our branches. The issue involves a network upgrade on behalf of AT&T that affected their business customers, including First Imperial Credit Union. This has impacted our ability to provide normal levels of service to members who wish to conduct in-branch transactions, lending services, need account information via our Contact Center and our email service. We are working closely with AT&T to stay updated on restoring our service as soon as possible. We regret the inconvenience the network interruption is causing our members and will make every effort to provide account information via our available communication channels including Online Banking and Mobile App chat. 

While technicians work on getting our network restored, we want to assure our members that their information is safe and secure. Members may continue to access their account via Online Banking, FICU Mobile App, and ATMs as these function areas have not been affected by the network outage. Transactions limited to the following in branches:

Cash Withdrawals up to $200 (Brawley, Calexico and El Centro)

Loan Payments and Deposits made in branches prior to 2 p.m. will process the same day.

Loan Paments and Deposits made in branches after 2 p.m. will process the next business day.
