Branch Lobbies to Reopen

Beginning Monday, October 5, FICU will reopen our Calexico, Imperial and Brawley branch lobbies for teller transactions. To maintain safe social distancing and protect the well-being of our members and team, only five (5) members will be permitted at the teller line at any one time.

Upon entering the branch, we kindly ask that our members use the touchless hand sanitizing stations located at lobby entrances. While conducting business, both our team and members will be required to wear face coverings unless prevented by a medical condition, and maintain a social distance separation of at least 6 feet, if possible.

In order to better serve you, appointments will be necessary for lending and account services. Appointments may be made online at ficu.com or by calling our Contact Center at 760-352-1540, option 0. Members only wishing to conduct teller transactions (check deposits, cash withdrawal, etc.) will not need to make an appointment.

El Centro branch will maintain the same procedures as before with the exception of operating under new business hours line with our other three branches.

Visit www.ficu.com/covid19 for full details including a listing of available services by location and our return to normal branch hours. We want to proceed with our reopening in phases to ensure that we are still able to service our members with top quality service and the appropriate safety measures that are required by the County and the State.
