FICU brings a new digital experience

FICU will be rolling out a new Online Banking and Mobile App platform in April. The upgrade stems from member feedback and as a way for FICU to improve the member experience and keep up with its needs through digital channels.

The new digital experience will include many of the eServices members have come to enjoy including:

  • Mobile Check Deposit
  • eStatements
  • Bill Pay
  • Online Member Support

New features include:

  • Card Management: which enables users to replace lost/stolen cards, as well as the ability to activate/deactivate cards to prevent fraud
  • Instant member-to-member transfers

“The platform will be a more user-friendly experience and we are excited to be able to offer our members new features in a continuing digital banking evolution,” said Fidel Gonzalez, President/CEO. “As the demand for more robust digital functions increases, we want to be sure to give our members the convenience that they deserve and maintain our integrity of being a member-focused financial institution.”
